Nous avons le plaisir de vous informer que les inscriptions en ligne à l’Université Savoie Mont Blanc pour le 1er semestre et l’année académique entière sont accessibles du 12 mars au 13 avril 2018. Lors de cette première session, une aide à la recherche au logement sera apportée à vos étudiants s’ils le souhaitent. Nous invitons vos étudiants intéressés à s’inscrire et à respecter ces délais. Une copie du dossier de demande d’aide au logement sera à déposer en ligne sur MoveOn. Tous les documents originaux doivent nous être retournés par voie postale, avant le 30 avril 2018, à l’adresse postale ci-dessous.

We have pleasure informing you that the online exchange application period for the 1st semester and the academic year 2018/2019 at Université Savoie Mont Blanc starts from March 12th to April 13th, 2018. Students are welcome to fill in their online application. A copy of the accommodation request will have to be put on MoveOn line. During this first session, if they are interested in, we can help your students to find an accommodation. The required original documents (documents on website) must be sent by post mail before April 30th, 2018 at the address below.

The second session intended for latecomers students will start on May 7th, 2018. Students are welcome to fill in the online application from May 7th to 18th, 2018 and to send the required documents by post mail by May 31st, 2018. If your students apply during the second session, the Université Savoie Mont Blanc will not be able to offer them any help when searching for accommodation.

La Direction des Relations Internationales organise pour les étudiants en échange un séminaire d’intégration (cours de Français Langue Etrangère le matin et activités sportives et culturelles l’après-midi) qui aura lieu du 25 août au 1er septembre 2018 à La Féclaz (village de montagne entre Chambéry et Annecy). Nous conseillons vivement à vos étudiants d’y participer. Le coût est de 200 € (pour plus d’information, consultez le document en ligne). Comme le nombre de places est limité, l’inscription à cette semaine d’intégration est sur une base « premier arrivé, premier servi ».

The International Relations Department organizes for exchange students an induction programme (Intensive French Language Course in the morning and sport and cultural activities in the afternoon) which will take place from August 25th till September 1st, 2018 in La Féclaz (mountain village between Chambéry and Annecy). We deeply advise your students to participate in it). The cost is 200 € (for more detailed information please see the document on-line). As the number of places is limited, registration for this induction programme is on a “first-arrived, first-served” basis.

The deadline to send both the documents (via e-mail) is May the 30th for the first semester and November the 15th for the second one, however short delays can be tolerated (it's good until the middle of June. If you are coming for the second semester please contact us once again in October to receive updated information to complete your learning agremeent.
Indeed, if your are coming only for the second semester you are invited to send all the documents required from October the 15th to November the 15th.
We accept scanned copy so it is not required to receive the original documents by post. If on the contrary your Home Institution prefers original signatures please use regular mail after our confirmation via e-mail that they are satisfactory completed.
For Non-European citizens or someone else who need the Letter of Acceptance for the request of Visa we strongly recommend to send the above documents duly stamped and signed and a copy of the passport as soon as possible to proceed.

We would like to inform you that the first semester starts the 1st of October and ends before Christmas Holidays and the second semester starts the 1st of March until the end of June. The assessment dates are managed directly by the Departments but generally are scheduled in the months of January-February and of June-July. 

As to define your learning agreement for studies, check the Course Catalogue of University of Roma Tre available on the following link:

Dear partner,

Greetings from Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), Austria!

We recently sent the students you nominated to study at Management Center Innsbruck in our fall 2016 semester or during the entire academic year 2016-2017 the instructions for our online application system and online English test - please see the information below. Instead of XZY your students received personalized information, i.e. their individual names, usernames and passwords to access our online application system and online English test. Our application system and English test are now open - we would be grateful if you could encourage your students to start the application process and online English test (where applicable) a.s.a.p. A quick note on courses that students can select when applying: for technical reasons, students staying for the entire academic year 2016-2017 can only choose their fall 2016 courses right now. They will only be able choose their spring 2017 courses online in about mid-October.

For technical reasons, any further information on the application process, accommodation, visas, etc. will be sent to your students only. You will also find most of this information on our website: https://international.mci.edu/en/students/international-exchange-students

We greatly appreciate your help in the application process (issuing a transcript of records, checking and signing your students' learning agreement(s), issuing a confirmation that their degree program is fully taught in English, if applicable; providing advice and helping your students finish their applications by the application deadline of May 15, 2016).

A note for our European Erasmus+ partners:

Your students will select their courses online in our online application system. They will then get an email with their MCI learning agreement attached. This learning agreement includes the courses that they selected online and is a simple, one-page learning agreement. It is not an Erasmus+ learning agreement. Your students can copy their courses from this simple MCI learning agreement onto a regular Erasmus+ learning agreement issued by your university, and subsequently upload this Erasmus+ learning agreement (stamped and signed) to our website to finish their application rather than the simple MCI learning agreement. The courses, however, should be exactly the same as on their simple MCI learning agreement. Any changes will not be accepted.

A note on language requirements:

As of Fall 2016 we are asking students to either take our online English test during the application period OR to email a recent standardized English test result (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS, ect.) to exchange@mci.edu>. Some students (e.g. native speakers of English or students pursuing an all-English degree program at their home university, etc.) do not have to take our English test or submit a TOEFL etc. test result. For more information on this requirement (and possible exceptions), please see https://international.mci.edu/en/students/international-exchange-students and the email below that was sent to your students earlier.

Should any of your students decide to withdraw from the exchange program, please let me know. Thank you for your help.

Warm greetings from Innsbruck. Thank you for sending me the information on your 2016/2017 nominees. I will email the fall nominees instructions on how to apply online in about mid-April and your spring nominee in about mid-October. In the meantime they can find useful information about the exchange program (academic calendar, courses offered in English, Language requirements, housing) on https://international.mci.edu/en/students/international-exchange-students.

 

I just want to remind you that we don`t offer Tourism courses for exchange students in fall semester on bachelor level (only in spring). To see the courses we offer for exchange students in English, please go to https://international.mci.edu/en/students/international-exchange-students/courses-in-english. (choose a program in the drop-down menu and click on the courses of that program that are offered in fall OR spring). Some minor changes are still possible. We recommend your students to select courses from one regular degree program, and, if they wish, from our International Program.

.a copy of the national health card

3rd STEP: OTHER DOCUMENTS
 
1) An Acceptance Letter will be sent from June 20th onwards, following the correct reception of the Application Form.
2) Once their application is received, students have to prepare their Learning agreement with the list of courses they would like to follow at the Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard. The LAs should be received no later than July, 10th.

Course Catalogue

The courses for exchange students can be found in the brochure in the attachment.  For more information on the content of the courses we refer to the Course Catalogue. See www.pxl.be/international > International Courses.

Application procedure

The application procedure is online. For the application link and the guidelines describing the online procedure, we refer to ww.pxl.be/international > Application.

You will have to fill in and upload the following documents:

  • Application form (fill in, download, sign and upload)
  • Learning agreement (fill in, download, sign and upload)
  • Certificate of English proficiency level B1 (except for native speakers)
  • For PXL-MAD and PXL-Music: an extended electronic artistic and personal portfolio
  • For a project or work placement at PXL-Tech: a CV and a transcript of records

You don’t have to send documents by ordinary mail. (Except if you need documents with original signatures, for visa matters.)

Application deadlines

All documents should be filled in, signed and uploaded before 01/06/2018 for students applying for the Autumn semester or a full academic year

PXL does not have a student residence. Students have to find accommodation on the private market in Hasselt or Diepenbeek. Our housing service can assist in finding appropriate accommodation. See www.pxl.be/international > Study@PXL > Student Services.

If you need visa to travel to Belgium, it is strongly recommended to start the visa process as soon as you receive the acceptance letter, in order to avoid any delay.  The sooner we receive a fully completed application, the sooner you will be able to receive the acceptance letter and start the visa process.

The idea is that students preferably select about 15ECTS at Artesis Plantijn and about 15ECTS at Thomas More (with a minimum of 10ECTS in each institution). FlaHost is a collaboration between our 2 institutions, as both institutions have their own specialty (we focus on hotel and Thomas More focuses on Tourism) and we want to offer a complete package to our international students.

Please note that we do not have an English offer for tourism students during second semester.

Second semester: we have the EPS programme which might be an interesting alternative. In a European Project Semester, students work together in an international team on a real-life project that matches their area of study and field of interest. We offer always different EPS projects in the second semester. EPS however requires a very high motivation and good academic background from the participating students.

Welcome Week

During 4 days before start of the semester, a Dutch Basic Language course (15 hours) will be organized in combination with cultural visits in Antwerp. If you wish to participate, please make sure to indicate this in the online application form. If you have been selected, you will be contacted after 15th May to complete your registration.

You will receive practical information about our welcome week, finding accommodation, applying for a residence permit, VISA etc. if you have been selected.

We have five campuses spread over the entire southern Denmark offering students different experiences.
• Odense; our main campus, located in the third largest city in Denmark. A fairytale city full of students and festivals.
• Sønderborg; our campus located right on the waterfront. The city has a lively social life and beaches.

All students are offered an introduction week, with a programme that have been developed together with the faculties. The students will meet Danish students as mentors as we have a high focus on integration.
We have also introduced student events, where they can meet the staff in order to celebrate the different holidays in Denmark.

The list of courses for the winter semester 2016/2017 will be available by the end of May. You can take a look on the webpage at the list of courses with syllabus from 2015/2016 http://www.ef.uni-lj.si/content/static_english/international_office/exchange_students/course_catalog.asp to see what we offer as we don`t expect courses to change that much in the upcoming year 2016/2017.

Final/ Official  course registration will be opened in June - July 2016 for winter semester and 15 November for spring/summer semester. Courses have limited number of places and we go by the rule “First come, first serve”. Course selection will be done online. Student will receive email with all instructions regarding the course registration.

After semester starts student will have one week time to change courses in case they of overlapping in timetable etc. Course changes may be done only once by Coordinator for incoming students at the Faculty of Economics. Students are not allowed to add – drop courses independently, the registration process is done by International office.

Important: Maximum number of credits  that students can take is 30 ECTS which is a full course load at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana (an exceptions are only those students that might have a semester at their home institution accredited with more than 30 ECTS credits).

Bachelor students can sign up ONLY for bachelor. Master students can take courses on both levels-master and bachelor.

 

Once the choice has been approved by us, we will inform you by e-mail.

Please note that courses are subject to change / final list of courses will be available by end of May (however we do not expect big changes). Timetable will be announced during Orientation week. Once the lectures start you will have a add/drop period, where you will be able to

1.APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLMENT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF LJUBLJANA (UL)

 

University of Ljubljana has introduced new Online Application system for Exchange students. There is no need to send a paper copy of the Application form.

Students are first required to complete University of Ljubljana’s Online Application form à https://studij.uni-lj.si/studexchange/

 

At the end of the Online Application form you will have to upload the following documents:

·         Transcript of Records (from your home university)

·         Learning Agreement (please note that you do not need to upload the Learning Agreement since Course registration will be done in July for Winter semester and in December for Spring semester)

·         Language Certificate*

* University of Ljubljana requires very good English language skills (very good knowledge in reading, writing and speaking of the language). If the language requirements are not met, the University of Ljubljana will not accept you. Students must present a certificate of their English language skills. Very good language skills refer to level B2 on the CEFR scale of the European Language Portfolio Levels.

 

How to prove your language skills in English:

·         Language skills in English are listed on the Transcript of Credits of the home university; or

·         Submit the Language Certificate with CEFR scale (you can find it in attachment); or

·         Submit TOEFL score of 79 (IBT) or IELTS score of 6.

The application is complete and will be processed only after you have followed all the steps of the Application system and entered all the required information and enclose all documents. 

 

2.APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLMENT TO THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS (FELU)

After completing Online Application form for enrolment to the University of Ljubljana, you are now required to complete a second Online Application form for the Faculty of Economics in order to access all information regarding courses, study system etc. Faculty of Economics’ online application form à https://vpis.ef.uni-lj.si/izmenjave.aspx

Please remember that both applications need to be filled out before deadline!

Your application is complete and will be processed only after you have filled in both Application forms and entered all the required information.

Online Course registration period*:

On Student-net you will be able to follow all your registered courses through webpages of each course, where you will be able to download study materials, follow professor’s notes, register for exams, check the grade etc. Username and password will be send to you after filling in Online Application form to FELU (please save username and password because you will need them for Course registration).

Student dormitories

Students can apply for a bed in Student dormitories. Beds are given to students on “first come - first serve” basis. Student dormitories offer double rooms, with shared bathroom and shared kitchen with Internet access available in all dormitories. The price of the room depends on the type of the apartment and size of the room. The average price per student per month in a double room is 90-160 EUR.

ORIENTATION DAYS

Before the beginning of each semester International Office of Faculty of Economics organize Orientation days for Incoming Exchange students in order for you to get to know Slovenia, Ljubljana and study system at our institution during different activities organized just for you. It is really important for you to participate in Orientation days as you will get all information regarding your studies, courses, student life as well as getting to know your fellow students. More information about Orientation days will be send to you a few weeks before the beginning of semester.

BUDDIES/TUTORS

All Exchange students will get a buddy/tutor who will contact you via email approximately two months before your arrival to Ljubljana. Buddies will be there to help you with finding accommodation and to provide you all information regarding social life in Slovenia and to give you some useful information/tips concerning student life in Ljubljana.

We have received the nomination from your home institution for autumn semester 2017.

Online application

In order to proceed with your admission, we kindly ask you to complete the online application form at https://fsweb.no/soknadsweb/login.jsf?inst=hsn no later than the deadline May 1. Please note that you need to register and complete the application using your full legal name as written in your passport, no abbreviations or nicknames will be approved.

Contact international@usn.no if you are a student coming on Nordplus Express or if you are approved for programmes taught in Norwegian.

If you choose a programme at Campus Bø you must choose courses from the programme you applied for. Courses cannot be combined from multiple programmes.

Please note: The deadline for applications is May 1st.

In order to complete the process, you need to upload the following documents to the application:

1. "Learning agreement" (a list of the courses you wish to take in the University College of Southeast Norway. The learning agreement must be signed by you and your home university.)

2.  "Transcript of records" (a list of subjects you have taken in your previous education. The transcript must include the number of credits given and the grade for each course. The transcript should be written in English and should be signed, stamped and dated.)

3.  A copy of the European ID or the photo page in your passport. This is the page where your name and nationality is listed.

Housing

In addition, you must apply for student housing. This is a separate process and should be done directly to the student welfare services at http://bolig.ssn.no/student/index.php?lang=1

All exchange students are guaranteed housing if applications for housing are received before the application deadline for each semester. You must apply for housing directly to the Student Welfare Organization (SSN) within May 1 (for Autumn semester). Application information and practical information regarding housing, prices, arrival and other services is available on: www.ssn.no/housing/

Acceptance

Students can expect to hear about acceptance to the academic programmes by mid-May.

Greetings from EACH-USP!

We would like to give you some instructions:

When preparing your trip, you must go to a Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in your country and apply for a VISA of a proper type (Student Visa). The University of São Paulo will not be able to register you if you come with a tourist type VISA.

After your arrival, you will have 2 weeks to go to the Brazilian Federal Police to update your foreign registration, but you can try to schedule an interview at the Brazilian Federal Police website a few days before coming to Brazil (just do not forget that the interview will be made in Brazil).

We recommend that you arrive before February  15th, when officially the classes will begin at USP.  Unfortunately we don’t have accommodations at the University, but we have a Homestay Program where you may find accommodations (please, send an e-mail to infohousing@usp.br).

Internship programs for exchange students in Brazil are not allowed by the University of São Paulo.

Please, note that exchange students must be covered by an international health insurance.

We offer Chinese language course in Zhuhai campus only, so undergraduates can take the course. For graduates who stay at Guangzhou campus, they may also take the shuttle bus to Zhuhai campus to follow the Chinese language course if they wish to. It's 2 hours ride one-way and costs 70 yuan both ways each time.

I'm Cherry Yang, coordinator for international programs at School of Tourism Management, Sun Yat-sen University in China.

Thank you for being interested in our exchange program.

Please find the attached Fact sheet to know about the application procedure and information on housing, insurances, English taught courses, etc.

The final list of English taught courses will be issued on June, I will inform you then and work on the learning agreement.

For housing:

as you are all bachelor degree students, you need live on Zhuhai Campus but not Guangzhou Campus because all English-taught courses are in Zhuhai.

I can help you to book the dormitory on campus (450 rmb per month) if you need. Or you can also rent houses off campus, in this case you should find the house by yourselves.

So please let me know whether you need me to book the dorm on campus for you.

For invitation letters:

after you submit the required application documents, the international students office (ISO) will submit your documents to Ministry of Education in China, it take normally 1-2 months to be approved and receive the official invitation letters and documents for visa guidance. Once I get the admission documents, I will send them to you by post so that you can go through visa procedure.

Please note that the on-line application deadline is by May 5, 2016.

One more information:  School of International studies on Zhuhai campus provides international students with Chinese language courses for free, if you have interest in the courses, please let me know in advance so that I can forward your information to the responsible person in advance for registration.

From 1 January 2018 Stenden university and NHL university are merged to NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences.
For the upcoming year your students can apply for two separate programmes: students from former NHL partners should choose the NHL programme; students from former Stenden partners the Stenden exchange programme. For latest course list, see: https://www.nhlstenden.com/en - exchange.  

 

Admission procedure:

1.       The students shall be nominated to exchange@nhlstenden.com

2.       In return the student will be provided with a link for online application

3.       Deadlines for the online application are 15 May for Fall semester and 15 October for Spring semester.

En cuanto a las fechas de recepción de documentos es debido al proceso de empadronamiento que se realiza ante el Departamento de Registro de la UNA y siempre se envía la documentación con un tiempo prudencial por cualquier eventualidad que se pueda presentar, sin embargo podemos ser flexibles en este proceso pueden enviar los documentos digitales para ir adelantando el proceso; ya que la matricula para el II Ciclo 2016 se estaría realizando los días 29 y 30 de junio así como el 1 julio.

En el archivo adjunto se encuentra la tabla de costos de nuestro programa para que las estudiantes y ustedes puedan revisarlo.

En cuanto a las opciones de los cursos, las estudiantes pueden matricular todos aquellos en los que ellas cumplan los requisitos y co-requisitos del curso y pueden complementar con cursos de otras carreras, así como cursos de estudios generales, optativos y de servicio de la UNA, estos cursos son a nivel de grado, en una breve reunión que tuve con Doña Lilliam me indican que también hay un interés para matricular cursos de maestría sin embargo esta se abre hasta el mes de setiembre y es en periodos de trimestres, mientras que los cursos de ciclo las lecciones inician el 18 de julio y en modalidad de semestre.

En nuestro programa estamos elaborando una oferta académica mas acorde a las necesidades de los y las estudiantes de intercambio sin embargo la misma no se encuentra finalizada por lo cual no podemos enviarla, no obstante en el siguiente link hay una breve información de los planes de estudio y de las carreras impartidas en la UNA: http://www.una.ac.cr/index.php/m-carreras

En cuanto a las certificaciones de notas solicitadas las mismas en caso que no se encuentren en español deben ser traducidas al mismo y esta traducción puede no ser oficial.

If possible, we wish to encourage your students to enter in to a year-long exchange as we believe that their academic and personal experience would benefit from a longer period of study in the UK . Where our current bilateral agreement does not specify year-long exchanges, we would be happy to work on the basis of reduced numbers i.e. 2 x semesterised places would be equal to 1 x year-long place.

Please note that this year we have moved to semesterised modules for all courses.  This means our module offering is now much larger than ever before.  Due to this we ask you and your students to consider carefully which modules they would like to study before they make their applications.  Module descriptors are available on the blog for all modules so you and your students can see the content of specific teaching.  Due to the increase in the module lists it will not be possible for students to change modules once their application has been received.  Please also ensure that your students submit reserve modules in case of timetabling clashes.  Modules should be listed on the application form in order of preference.

Dear international student!

We are very pleased that you chose the University of Primorska, Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica for your mobility. We have received your nomination from your faculty and we are thrilled to have you here in the next academic year.

 

This first info pack has the basic information for a successful application procedure. We will notify you with new data and information in the near future.

Please, read this mail carefully.

 

The winter/autumn semester 2016/17 semester begins on 3 October 2016 and ends on 20 January 2017.

The exam period begins on 23 January 2017 and ends on 17 February 2017. The latter is also the official end of the semester.

 

THE ON-LINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

 

The on-line application is available at our web page address: https://vis.upr.si/studij/studexchange/.

First, you need to register in the provided web link, after the registration, you will be guided further within the application tool to complete the application procedure and upload the necessary documents. Please follow the guidelines carefully.

 

Within the application procedure you should:

• Fill in the on-line application form

• Enclose the document “Learning Agreement for Studies” signed by you and your home university

• Submit the photo for the Student Card

(The photo should be in .bmp format, grey scale technique, 400x503 pixels. It should be a clear image without any marks, as for the purpose of the issue of personal document). Please, make sure the photo is in compliance with the abovementioned criteria.

 

In case you need to apply for visa/temporary residence permit in order to entry the Republic of Slovenia, you should submit with the application form also the form STATEMENT: the student's Statement for the issue of the CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE TO AN EXCHANGE PROGRAMME – you shall find the form in the section FORM TEMPLATES in the application tool.

 

After submitting the application form, you can also fill in the section INFORMATION ON HOUSING for the accommodation placement. If you have questions about the accommodation, please turn to our institutional coordinator: petra.zidar@upr.si.

All these steps are necessary to be completed by the set deadline (below).

 

DEADLINE

 

The deadline for the submission of the online application for the winter/autumn semester of the academic year 2016/17 is: 15 June 2016!

 

SENDING DOCUMENTS

 

You shall upload the necessary documents within the on-line application process. If you need the documents signed in original, you need to send them by regular mail to the HOST Faculty Address (UP FTS Turistica, International Office, Obala 11a, 6320 Portorož – Slovenia) or, if applicable, to hand them in person to the HOST Faculty Coordinator (me), when you arrive.  

 

AFTER THE SUBMISSION

 

The Letter of Acceptance for study exchange at the University of Primorska will be sent to you ASAP after the application’s deadline.

Cursos en English, 2nd semester: We would like to remind you that at ESTHUA, the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Angers, English-taught courses are only given during the 2nd semester (from January to April). Your students are very welcome to join us from the beginning of the academic year, obviously, but then we recommend that they should have a good command of French (B2 level is requested although no certificate is required). We feel that it is crucial that they give themselves all chances to achieve good results while benefitting of their Erasmus+ exchange experience.

Important tenir un B2 d'Anglès per seguir les classes en anglès.

We operate in quarter terms, which mean that each course is finished within approximately 12 weeks. A maximum of 30 ECTS points can be awarded in each quarter. Depending on the requirements of your university, fewer courses can be undertaken. Exchange students enjoy the flexibility of beginning their studies at the DHBW Ravensburg in October, January, April or July and can stay for three, six, nine or twelve months.

For exchange students with good German language knowledge internships can also be arranged.

Please note that we operate in quarter terms, this means that our terms run from October to December, January to March, April to June and July to September. This means that your student can not leave in February, she has to leave either for Christmas or end of March. It is possible to achieve one semester workload in one quarter, but that is very intensive.

Our detailed course offer in English language, for the winter semester (October 2017 – February 2018) will be sent to you as soon as the final winter schedule is available.

German language course: Depending on the overall demand of a German language course for beginners we can offer one if there are at least 5 participants (2 ECTS, 30 h).

Please choose a maximum of 30 ECTS in total if you are selected to study with us for 1 semester and choose a maximum of 60 ECTS in total if you were selected to study at HWTK for the entire academic year.

Learning Agreement

The Learning Agreement is your course selection for the exchange program, proving that you are entitled to follow these courses and that the results obtained during the exchange will be acknowledged by all parties. It needs to be signed by your home departmental university coordinator and your HWTK coordinator. If you are from a European country or Turkey, your home university will provide you with a Learning Agreement.

Visa

In case you have a non-EU nationality and need a visa/residence permit, please read the procedure in the enclosed carefully.

Accommodation

The HWTK does not have halls. That means you have to look for your accommodation on the private accommodation market. We recommend you to apply as soon as possible even if you haven’t received an official acceptance letter for your exchange program yet. Las carreras en la Universidad de Colima esán divididas en semestres. Es muy importante saber que éstos son alternos, es decir, durante el periodo de agosto a diciembre se imparten únicamente los semestres impares (I, III, V, VII y IX) y durante el periodo enero-julio se imparten los semestres pares (II, IV, VI, VIII y X). Esta información es relevante a la hora de seleccionar las materias que se desean cursar. De esta forma, se ruega al estudiante que elija solamente las materias de los semestres que corresponden al periodo de su estancia.
